“In the eclecticism of this neo-Renaissance building prevail references to the architecture of the Italian Quattrocento. On the ground floor the building houses a shopping center identifiable by the cruciform plan similar to that of building Menasce. A shopping mall with a cross-shaped plan inspired by the Tergesteo, a commercial gallery, in Trieste and not from the Gallery of the Piazza del Duomo in Milan, as it is usually written”
